Terms such as "we", "us" and "our" refer to Minideco Limited where they are used in these terms and conditions. Minideco Limited offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here or on our website.
1.2 This page contains the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products listed on our website www.minideco.co.uk (further referred to as ‘site’ or ‘website’). By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from our us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this document, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. Please read these Terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You can also print a copy of these Terms and conditions for future reference.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1.5 You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
1.6 Our store is hosted by ShopWired Limited. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

2. THE CUSTOMER’S ACCOUNT
2.1 If you decide to create an account on our site, please note that you have the right to register only one account on our site. We reserve the right to delete duplicate accounts and deny any customers/users who do not comply with our Terms and conditions the right to use their account.
2.2 While registering an account you will be asked to provide some personal details. If you do not provide this information, we will not be able to register an account with us.
2.3 We are not obliged to accept all account registration requests.
3. ONLINE SHOPPING
3.1 We will take all reasonable care to ensure that the details displayed for a particular item offered for sale are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system.
3.2 Whilst care is taken to ensure that we display as accurately as possible appearances, colors, textures or finishes, what you will see on your computer monitor or equipment may differ and so we cannot guarantee that images are an accurate representation of the actual goods or services that you are purchasing.
3.3 We are not obliged to keep a consistent range of products or keep any products available permanently. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. Our usual dispatch time is 2-3 working days. If the availability of any product listed on our site is greater than 2-3 working days, the relevant availability is then listed on each individual product description. If we do not have enough stock to deliver the product or products in the specified time period, we will not charge your credit or debit card until the items are back in stock.
3.4 All prices listed on our website shall be correct at the time of this information entry, but the price of your order will need to be validated by us as part of our acceptance procedure. If the price for your order changes before we accept your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and ask you to confirm that you wish to proceed at the amended price. We reserve the right to change or update prices of any product at any time. All prices listed on our website include VAT. Unless otherwise stated, all prices and charges are in the currency in force in United Kingdom.
3.5 Your responsibility is to pay for the product or products in full at the time of ordering by providing us with your credit or debit card details from a credit or debit card company acceptable to us, which we require to be able to process your order. Alternatively, you may be able to pay by any other method that we have stated as acceptable to us. In any event, we are not obliged to supply any goods before we have received cleared funds in full.
3.6 All details that you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the product or products from us need to be correct. You undertake that the credit or debit card, or account or other payment method which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the product and delivery charges.
3.7 All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We are not obliged to accept all orders, even when placed by registered customers. We may not be able to accept your order due to one or more of the following reasons, or for a reason not listed below:
i) The item you have ordered is out of stock and it is not possible to reorder.
ii) We cannot authorize your payment or have reasonable grounds to suspect your payment may be fraudulent
iii) There has been a pricing or product description error
iv) There is a system or procurement failure
v) You have failed our customer validation checks
vi) The shipping cost is greater than what is paid for by you.
3.8 If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email from us informing you the reasons why. We may offer you an alternative product and we may require you to re-submit your order first.
3.9 When you place an order you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. This email is not confirmation that your order has been accepted by us.
3.10 Your order will only be accepted by us once your goods have been dispatched. When this happens we will confirm the acceptance of your order by sending you an email. You are responsible to check all details stated on this confirmation email and contact us as soon as possible in any of the details are not correct.
3.11 If any product from your order is out of stock, we will refund you for this item as soon as possible and we will dispatch your order without the missing item.
4.1 On completing your purchase you will be presented with one or more options for delivery. Where an estimated timescale for delivery is provided, this is an estimate only and your items may be delayed in being received due to circumstances beyond our control (such as a courier delay, or at busy times).
4.2 Where you select a "next day delivery" option, orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays may not be dispatched for delivery until the following Monday and so may not be received until Tuesday.
4.3 Larger furniture items might need to be delivered disassembled due to transportation and self-assembly will be required.
4.4 It is your responsibility to be able to accept the parcel from us at the delivery address indicated while placing your order as an address for delivery. If the courier will not be able to delivery your parcel due to your absence at the delivery address, the parcel will be returned to us at your expense.
4.5 You are responsible to check the parcel and its content upon delivery and report any damage or missing items as soon as reasonably possible and/or within 7 days from delivery.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION
5.1 If you wish to cancel an order you have placed you must contact us immediately to ascertain whether the items have been dispatched or not. Where they have been dispatched, you will need to return the item to us and you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the items.
5.2 Where items have not been dispatched prior to a cancellation request our refund policy will apply.
5.3 Where you have ordered a personalized, perishable, made to order or time critical item (such are e-vouchers) you may not be able to cancel for a full refund.
5.4 We will usually refund any money received from you, using the same method originally used by you during payment for the product or products.

6. FAULTY / DAMAGED PRODUCTS
6.1 We warrant that the product or products will be delivered undamaged in the quantities ordered by you. The product shall conform with the manufacturer’s latest published instructions as set out on the website or in a product material at the time of your order. The product is intended to be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s latest instructions. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use the product strictly in accordance with those instructions.
6.2 If you receive faulty or damaged products, you agree to keep the product(s) in its current condition as at the time of delivery including packaging so we can inspect it within reasonable time. Please ensure that you inform the courier and sign for the delivery with note about damage while receiving it from the courier. Please contact us immediately afterwards. To resolve the situation we will need your assistance in providing us the following information:
- detailed specification of the way in which the product is damaged or faulty
- if possible please take detailed pictures of the damage and send it to us
- provide us with your order number and the delivery note number
6.3 If a product or products are received damaged, we are obliged to arrange for a repair or replacement. Your order cannot be cancelled or refunded until we try to resolve the situation within a reasonable time.
7. OPTIONAL TOOLS
7.1 We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your convenience only without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
7.2 Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

11. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
11.1 Minideco Limited shall not be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential or incidental damages including loss of profit or loss of opportunity as a result of the use of or the inability to use any items that have been ordered on this website.
11.2 You agree to indemnify us and our agents, officers, directors and employees, immediately and on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of any of our terms and conditions.
12.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
13.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Minideco Limited whether written or oral.
14.1 We may change these terms and conditions at any time.
14.2 Should any part-term or term be found to be unenforceable then the remainder of the terms and conditions shall continue to have full force and effect as if the invalidated term was not present.
14.3 Should any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these terms and conditions arise where it is beyond our reasonable control, we will not be responsible to you for such delay or failure.
