Refunds & Returns Policy

Our Refunds & Returns Policy lasts 28 days for unused products. That should give you enough time to decide if you are happy with your purchase from our website. 

!!! Please note that the 28 days Refunds & Returns policy is reduced to 7 days on sale goods so we can get them back into stock before the sale ends.


We hope that you will love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you wish to return something it couldn’t be easier. We are happy to refund any unused products returned within 28* days of purchase. As long as they are returned unused and in the same condition that you received them. The products must also be in their original packaging. Please ensure that you packed your returned items well since we cannot stay responsible for damages that will occur during delivery to us.

We also cannot be held responsible if your return will get lost during transit to us. Therefore, we highly recommend for you to use recorded delivery.

Please be aware that it is solely up to our discretion to judge if the product is unused and eligible for refund.

If 28* days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Sorry.

If you wish to cancel an order you have placed you must contact us immediately to ascertain whether the items have been dispatched or not. Where they have been dispatched and you still wish to proceed with the order cancellation, you will need to return the item(s) to us and you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the items.

Where items have not been dispatched prior to a cancellation request we will be happy to assist with cancellation of your order.

Cancellation of orders for custom made (made on demand) items and/or personalized products may occur additional charges/fees up to the value of the ordered item(s) depending at what stage of production the order cancellation is requested. Please be aware that it is solely up to our discretion to judge if additional charges/fees will occur and the amount of the charge/fee itself.

Postage must be paid by you. We can arrange for larger items to be collected from you at your cost. Please contact us to arrange a collection, we will be happy to assist.

Please ensure that you add a copy of your packing slip or a note with your name, phone number and order number into the returning package. That way we will be able to quickly identify who is the package coming from and process your return faster.

Returns are not accepted on custom made (made on demand) and/or personalized products.


Once your return is received in proper order and we complete an inspection on the returned items(s), we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item(s). We will also let you know of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If refund is approved, it will be processed immediately and we will send you an email confirmation. However, sometimes it takes up to 48 hours before you will see the payment from us on your online card statement. 

Refunds  will be credited using your original method of payment.

Gift cards are exempt from being returned.


We are sorry to hear that you received a damaged product. Please contact us immediately under to let us know about this unpleasant situation. You agree to keep the product(s) in its current condition including packaging as at the time of delivery so we can inspect it within reasonable time. Please ensure that you inform the courier company and sign for the delivery with a note about damage while receiving it from the courier.

We will use all our effort in order to deliver replacement parts to fix the damage as soon as possible or offer you a full refund if repairing is not practicable. If applicable, we can offer you a product exchange (stock dependent).

We might be able to offer you a partial refund for a damaged item if you want to keep the item in the damaged condition. Subject to our inspection and approval.

Any damage to a product received from us needs to be reported as soon as reasonably possible and/or within 7 days from delivery.


We try our best to check each item before sending it to you but If you discover that a product received from us is faulty, unfit for purpose or not as described, please report this to us immediately and within 30 days from the date you take ownership of your product.


In certain cases, we might be able to offer you an exchange of a defective or damaged product. Please check with us first before posting your product back to us by sending us an email on

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Please contact us if you received an acknowledgment from us about receiving your return more than 14 days ago but you have not received your refund yet. Please send an email to


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


As stated above, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the shipping cost for return will be covered by us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
