Delivery Information







We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. If Saturday delivery is required, please get in touch with our customer service.

In the unlikely event that your ordered product is not in stock, we will contact you within 24 hours to agree with you whether you want to wait for the product to be back in stock or you prefer to receive a full refund.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at the checkout.

We try to dispatch all items in stock the same day or within 1 working day. Orders received after 1pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

We tend not to ship part orders so we will wait for all your products to be in stock first before shipping. However, if you are ordering bigger amount of products and you need a particular one faster than the others, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to help you. Additional fee may apply.

Please note that some products have longer delivery time due to them being dispatched directly from the manufacturer. If a product has its delivery time greater than usual 3-5 working days, this information is always provided in the product description.

Delivery time for furniture may vary. Please get in touch with our customer service for information on a specific product. Larger furniture items might need to be delivered disassembled due to transportation and self-assembly will be required. Also, kerbside delivery may apply (please see 'Delivery Method' for more details).

Delivery charges for furniture to be delivered outside of UK will first need to be confirmed by us unless the shipping cost is described as free of charge on the specific product page. 


We use Hermes or Royal Mail 1st Class post for smaller parcels and courier service for larger/heavier items. Delivery times are only an estimate and we cannot be held responsible if a delivery time is changed during the shipment and/or if a parcel cannot be delivered the day it was originally scheduled for. May this situation occur, we or the courier will update you as soon as possible about the next scheduled delivery.

It is your responsibility to be able to accept the parcel from us at the delivery address indicated while placing your order as an address for delivery. If the courier will not be able to deliver your parcel due to your absence or your refusal at the delivery address, the parcel will be returned to us at your expense. Once the parcel is back with us, we will be able to refund your order deducting the cost of shipment with exception of made on demand / made to order / custom made items.* Alternatively, we can send the parcel to you again, however cost of shipment will need to be covered by you.

Please note that larger items are being delivered 'kerbside only'. This means that the courier / transport company will drive to the nearest access point possible to the intended delivery address and you will be required to collect from there. 

*Returns are not accepted on custom made (made on demand) and/or personalized products. 


Some of our products are available on demand / upon request. The delivery time for these products may vary based on the stock of particular manufacturer. Please get in touch with us and we will happily check the stock availability and approximate delivery time for you.

We do not guarantee delivery dates on back ordered items.


If there is no one available at your address to take delivery, the courier will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot. It is your responsibility to re-arrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot as specified. Failure to do so may incur a charge for storage costs and any further delivery costs that are associated with the delivery. If we are unable to contact you to re-arrange delivery or collection we may cancel your order. In this case we will only be able to offer a full refund if the products are returned to us in perfect condition. Where applicable and return delivery charges apply, we will deduct the cost of returning the goods to us from your refund. In this instance original postage and delivery charges are non-refundable.

If your parcel is not delivered as per the tracking information received from us, please report the missing parcel to us as soon as reasonably possible and/or within 7 days of scheduled delivery. We will be happy to assist you to either locate the parcel or arrange a redelivery. We cannot be held responsible for missing parcels if they are not reported to us as stated above.


We are trying to be friendly to the environment and ensure better life for you and your children. That is why we are sometimes reusing cardboard boxes received from our suppliers to pack your order in. We will reuse these boxes only in case they are in good condition and able to fully protect the products you ordered from us. They will just not look that pretty due to retaping. We hope you understand. Please recycle or reuse any cardboard or other packing material received from us.
